This beautiful large modern holiday house with high ceilings located on a quiet street, close to the beach for the unforgettable seaside experience. Only 2 minutes walk to the picturesque coastal esplanade along the ocean. Great for walks, jogging, whale watching and for watching the sun rise over Fraser Island. Enjoy BBQ facilities and kids playground nearby at the beach.

Located in a new Prestigious Ocean Blue Estate which is quiet and safe. 15 minutes walk to the Wetside Water Park for kids to enjoy water slides, a splash pad, wave machine (free of charge from the Council) and coffee shops, eateries and supermarkets.

Large backyard with access for a large boat. For your enjoyment there is an outdoor large 4 burner gas BBQ.

Off-street parking is available on the driveway (garage not accessible for guests). Free unlimited parking on the street.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Drying rack is available for inside and cloths line is available outside.

Please take good care of the property and report any damage or malfunctioning items to us as soon as first noticed so we can take steps to rectify so as to not unnecessarily impact the next guest.

The host welcomes parents of children who ensure that their children are adequately

supervised.
