This brilliantly presented 1 bedroom self-sufficient Villa is well positioned beside to the swimming pool in the complex, close to the beach, Shops, Restaurants and Cafes in Urangan and is perfect for that couples get away. With a relaxed atmosphere, laze around by the swimming pool or just sit on the verandah with a glass of wine and watch the wildlife.

Relax on the Veranda overlooking the lake with plenty of wildlife to photograph or purchase feed from the Office.
Strictly No Pets, as there is wild fauna that resides at the property.
This is a No Smoking Inside property, ash tray is provided for outside use only.
Linen is provided just bring your beach towel.

- Fishing on Urangan Pier and Saturday local markets at the pier (13 minute walk).
- A short drive away, you have the Local shopping centre, Stocklands Shopping Centre, Boat ramps and the ferry to Fraser Island.

A hidden gem!
Peter Alldis - 21st July 2023We enjoyed our stay at Lake View Villa. The villa was really well equipped, clean and comfortable with some nice personal touches to ensure the comfort of the guests. Having breakfast on the verandah watching the tortoises, ducks etc was a highlight. We found the staff at Elders Real Estate very helpful and friendly.

Syrella - 5th March 2022We had a great stay at this house, walking distance to the bay for a swim and around the corner to shops. House was packed with things to keep the kids entertained-board games, cricket bat and stumps, badminton a bike and fishing rods with outdoor fridge full of bait. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Miriam B - 21st December 2020Comfortable stay in wildlife sanctuary close to amenities in quite part of town. The dawn chorus was wow! Turtles etc entertaining. Only 10-15 min walk to esplanade, pier, botanic gardens, supermarket. Great location. Owners might consider getting wi-fi arrangement as airlines etc assume travellers have instant access.
