Appliances include Toaster, Air Fryer, Electric Frying Pan, Deep Fryer, Waffle Maker, Sandwich Press & Sandwich Maker.
Dining Room - Dining Table Seating for 12 The Kitchen adjoins the main dining area and upper deck. Ocean views from the complete upper area. Air Conditioned.
Lounge Room - Comfortable leather lounges with 49 Inch Smart TV (includes Netflix). Air Conditioned
Upstairs Outdoor Living - Massive deck- 13 meters x 5 meters with another side section for BBQ and Bathroom entry. The main outdoor table seats 8 and a second table seats 5. The deck also has a Bar table with 2 Bar stools and 2 reclining Sun Lounges (perfect for an afternoon nap). Large 6 burner fully Stainless-steel BBQ with Side burner.
Lower Outdoor Living - Concrete patio with table and chairs. Outdoor shower and fish cleaning station with double sink.

Parking- Single car garage with electric roll-a-door and off-street parking for 3+ cars.
Boat Shed- Separate lockable Boat Shed. Size - 11 meters x 3 meters Bring 3 padlocks to use if you want to lock the area Back Yard- Fully enclosed back yard with rear gate allowing direct access to the beach and parks.
No Smoking Inside, No Pets
Linen - Sheets and towels are not supplied with the property. Hire linen available at extra cost.
All guests, including infants, must be included in the total guest count of 12. There is no additional price per person, but the total number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy of the property.

The beach was only 120 metres from the back gate. Very quiet beach which was perfect for walks and swims for our labrador retriever any time of the day.

Watson - 18th July 2019Burrumundi is a terrific house with wonderful views & space for all the family. We had 4 adults & 7 kids & we all fitted comfortably. The downstairs pool table & TV area was great for the kids. My only complaint is - no hair dryer! Most accommodation supplies this these days, & when you are flying to Qld & want to limit luggage, you don't want to have to pack a hair dryer.

Amanda - 13th February 2019Great holiday, home is clean and tidy and has great views of the ocean and close to the beach. A pair of kitchen scissors would be great and we had an ants nest in the downstairs bathroom but no other problems.
Relaxation heaven
Amanda - 2nd February 2019We love staying at Burrumundi and have done so about 5 times now. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. The veranda up the top is wonderful with a fantastic view. The rumpus room downstairs allows the kids space to do their own thing. It is fully fenced and has an outdoor shower too wash off after going to the beach. Love how the beach and park are so close to walk to. No air-conditioning - only ceiling fans, so it can be a bit hot depending on the time of year you come but there is usually a breeze on the back deck.

Damian - 25th February 2017Loved every moment of our time @ Burrimundi. Perfect for families, secure for pets, definitely will be back. Beach side of Burrum is amazing. Was told during an earlier visit to the river side that the beach flats were no good, rubbish. Water is crystal clear, perfect for kids to play in, no boats or anchors to look out for. Variation in tidal water depth is amazing.
