Absolute Gem
Shirley Maddin - 1st June 2023We opened the door and were blown away by the beauty of the cottage. The decor was amazing. Beautiful king size bed, everything we abdolutely needed was there. Then you have the view from the windows and deck, we could walk down stairs at the front of the house straight on to the beach. We had the most relaxing 7 days. We will def try to get back.
Beachfront Bliss

This house has everything you need for a quiet relaxing getaway. I’ve already booked my next stay. The team at Elders were, as always, helpful and friendly making the check-in experience seamless. Not to mention to the views that suck you in every time you see them. Was the most relaxing holiday we've had in some time and will definitely be back to soak up some more of this little piece of paradise.

Paul Eaves - 30th May 2022We've stayed in Burrum Heads quite a few times before but first chance to stay here, prime location, well appointed, we enjoyed reading the history of the cottage, shame about the weather but you cant do anything about that, agree with some other comments definitely needs a ceiling fan in the lounge/dining area. Planning our return visit.

Jan Keating - 5th December 2021It was our first trip to Burrum, constant rain was forecast, the river was flooding and the water looked brown and uninviting. Then we unlocked the door and walked into this adorable little cottage and my heart sang! Everything was even better more beautiful than the pictures showed. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook up a storm. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, the sofas were inviting and there was even a bookcase full of books. We WILL be back!!!!

Perfect holiday house

The view is amazing and from the moment I walked in the door I felt at home. We stayed for six days but will definitely be booking to stay again. This is the perfect place to sit back and relax and recharge your batteries.Thanks also to the friendly helpful staff at elders, their professionalism and curtesy added to a wonderful all round experience.

The cottage, in a lovely location, is comfortable and has all we need for a pleasant stay. The only issue we experienced was the access to the beach. We are not nimble, the steps ended high above the beach and we had a precarious scramble over sharp, rickety rocks to get there.

We loved watching the tides come and go, fishing from the little jetty at high tide and walking into to town at the low. The house was immaculate and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We will be back!

Absolutely love the extra wide front stairs... the beach house comes with everything you'd expect and more... bed was super comfy; kitchen very well equiped, it truely is a home away from home. Burrum Beach House 5 Star rating from us...
