Great Holiday house

Kumi Keegan - 21st July 2021

I had a great time at a holiday house near the beach. Next time, I definitely want to stay during the summer holiday. Clean and tidy inside the house. Good for family !!

Quick Get Away

Mick Lynch - 28th April 2021

We spent 2 nights at "Yearenda" found the house to be in a magical location. It is a querky old house which adds to its charm. Unfortunately little things like bedding is a downfall with our children taking the mattress to sleep on the floor as the beds where too uncomfortable. House was not cleaned to an acceptable standard and my wife swept the floors before we unpacked(covered in sand). Lounge chairs could do with an update but you won't fall asleep in front of the Telly. Overall a very pleasant stay in a great location and we had a boat that storing under the house was great. We will be back as value for money I think was fantastic. Just a little disappointing that a few bucks updating furniture and cleanliness has given the house a negative.Although there was a note on the paperwork to turn on the hotwater system a heads up at the time of checkin may have avoided our first shower being cold. A proper BBQ is a must for this place.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Nick Theunissen - 12th November 2020

GREAT PLACE TO STAY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND ENOUGH ROOM FOR EVERYONE.MAYBE CUT AWAY SOME OF THE DEAD TREES IN FRONT AND MAKE IT OPEN SO THAT YOU CAN SEE THE OCEAN. WOULKD RECOMMEND THIS FOR A BIG FAMILY, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Loved our time at Yearenda

Peter Brook - 18th October 2020

We have a great time at Yearenda. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise over the water. It's an older place, but we found it comfortable. Plenty of kitchen stuff, etc. The view would be significantly enhanced by trimming some of the foliage.

Yearanda-water views stay

We enjoyed our stay at Burrum Heads. The house was in a great position. Conditions inside the house were disappointing. The house is far too cluttered. There is old furniture which may worth money but unsuitable for a rental property and too much of it. Old fashioned furniture gathers dust. Cupboards are full of old "stuff" including old & broken implements, cords. There is enough crockery, cutlery in various cupboards to feed a battalion. I could not find an empty cupboard to put my groceries in. It gives the house a "grubby" feel. New bathroom, fridge and dishwasher -great.

Lovely quiet weekend with friends

Kristy West - 7th October 2020

We had an amazing couple of nights here with another family. Location was perfect for all of us to enjoy the beach, and it was an added bonus to be able to bring our little dog (who probably had the best time out of everyone). Perfect beach house for families and would love to stay again.

Stay at burrum

Cameron Suttie - 9th July 2020

Our stay was fantastic the house was perfect and in a great location the only thing we could suggest is a toastie machine :) but other than that it was a great property and loved everyday being there, and will look forward to staying there again on our next trip, overall the location is conveniently located to shops and the beach thank you so much

As close to the beach as you can get without being on the beach. The house was dark and stuffy, so we spent most of our time on the balcony,

Great location

Spills - 23rd May 2019

The house has a lovely old world charm mixed with modern day comfort. Very quiet, relaxing location, with a view of the beach from part of the large deck. The beds were very comfortable and the house was quite homely feeling, we enjoyed reading the story of the houses history.

Perfect R and R
