Michael R - 29th January 2024Love the location but it needs some work it wasn't clean on our arrival and DVD didn't work very hot with pedestal fans broken at base electrical power points spark when use the location was amazing
Great views
Leanne Edwards - 9th July 2023Highly recommended staying at stafford hall,great views close to everything. We had our 6 grandchildren with us and it was great you could sit on the verandah and still watch them fish off the boat ramp. Stacks of room and very clean.

Wanted to thank the owners for sharing and providing a property with all our needs without stress - beautiful sunsets, sunrises etc and a wonderful to work from home. As we had a grandchild to visit on a couple of days, the fact that the security screen door could be keylocked gave us extra peace of mind. While it could do with a bit of TLC, for us it was perfect. Dealing with the agents was lovely and accommodating.

Furniture and decor is very 1980s and could do with a freshen up, however the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. It also had a full kitchen set up which was great. We would happily stay again.
Wow! Awesome riverside location & view
Mel Noble - 27th October 2020The house has everything you could possibly need and more. This is not a luxury house but that is what makes it agreat holiday home!!! Very well equipped kitchen and laundry. Beds comfortable, living rooms large and airy. Location awesome and community very friendly. Walking track along the river literally on the door step. We stayed 9 nights and look forward to staying again. This is a fishing community so bring your rods, you can't hire a dingy so bring your own. Water is safe for swimming, bring the rid sand flies may like fresh visitors. Awesome sunrises and sunsets just look left or right from your veranda at the right time. Shops are 5 min walk & if the fishing doesn't pan out the fish & chip shop do an excellent Barra & Calamari. There's a bakery, cafe, butcher, foodworks, tavern, bowls club, bait/tackle - hardware & more. Best water views ever, just the place to relax, destress and avoid the crowds.

Even though the house is located next to a public boat ramp and walking track, we found it to be a really quiet, relaxing place. This older style house felt very homely, the furniture was comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. Everyone we met, be it neighbouring holidaymakers or people on the beach, were very friendly and always up for a chat.
Classic Beach Shack
Perrywinkles - 1st October 2018Spent 2 nights with family, including Elderly parents. The House was old, but very clean and comfortable. The position is excellent, and it catered very well for our elderly parents. Close to shops, absolute water front property in front of boat ramp and a stones throw from the water and a lovely walking pathway along the river front. Highly recommend it for a short stay, even if you are not a fishing person.The staff at the Elders Real Estate were very helpful and friendly. Value for money for a family or group of friends.Highly recommend Burrum Heads for the quiet relaxing and friendly break.
