Step into this beloved holiday home which is what can only be described as your ultimate coastal escape. With its low-set design and three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests, this home ensures comfort and convenience for your entire group. Relax in the comfort in one of three bedrooms, including one queen bed, one double bed, and two single beds, providing ample space for your group to unwind. The convenience of an ensuite bathroom plus an additional bathroom ensures everyone's needs are met. The thoughtful addition of a ramp to the front door allows for easy access without the need for steps, enhancing accessibility for all guests.
Unwind in the open-plan lounge, dining, kitchen, and family room which are all air-conditioned, creating a comfortable retreat where you can relax and socialize with ease. Whether you're in the mood for a game of pool in the family room or an afternoon of sports on Foxtel in the lounge and second TV in main bedroom this home offers entertainment options for every preference.
Parking is not an issue, bringing the boat or Jet skis, no worries, there is ample parking space including the lock up DOUBLE length garage which is spacious enough to accommodate your recreational/travelling lifestyle. Please note if you have a camper this does not allow extra guests. Perfect short stay for those travelling and wanting some creature comforts of home.
Bring your furry friend along for the adventure! Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome inside the home, although they are not permitted on the furniture. The inclusion of a covered and fully security-screened outdoor area ensures your pet's comfort and safety. Pets are strictly NOT allowed on any furniture. Two dogs are permitted per property in accordance with council regulations. Please ensure your furry companions are well-behaved and house-trained.

- Short walk to Traviston Park, (approximately 400 meters where the kangaroos settle, and birds sing)

- Short drive to the 24-hour access to the popular boat ramp (approximately 1.8 kms and feel free to drop in any unwanted

Perfect place to stay
Cathryn H - 23rd June 2024Absolutely perfect. A wonderfully set out comfortable home. Appreciated the lovely touches that make a holiday. The sunroom, the pool table, variety of books etc... short walk to a perfect beach. Fully fenced yard making it wonderful for our dog that came with us and had a great holiday too. Thankyou for use of the garage made it so much easier to store and secure fishing gear. Cannot speak highly enough of our stay. Hope we are able to come back in the future. (Wifi would be a bonus though)

Fantastic Accommodation
michelle b - 19th November 2023Sandy Paws was so close to the beach and very well equipped. It was large enough for when family came to visit and was great that they could bring their dog. The billiard table was a great addition.

Excellent Dog Friendly Accommodation
Lois & - 7th November 2022The BEST pet friendly accommodation we have had in Burrum Heads in the 15 years we have been holidaying there. It was clean, a quiet location, comfortable and very well equipped. Our dogs had a safe yard, great verandah where they spent most of their time and a short walk to the beach. We loved it and have booked again for next year.

Jenni D - 19th July 2022Sandy paws had all the requirements we needed for our stay. I did find it challenging to learn where all the Light switches were connected to the globes … I can only assume that the globes had blown and needed replacing. Unfortunately dogs react to the differences in their territory and the bush turkeys were a challenge as we strode to keep the dogs from disturbing the neighbourhood. Although there were many others barking freely we felt singled out even tho ours were under control.

Excellent place for pets with a secure yard and fully enclosed patio area. This is our second stay in this place and won't be our last. Highly recommend.
