High-set beachfront property at Toogoom. Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms (1Q,1D,2S).
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (1D, 2S) double bedroom air-conditioned, bathroom, open plan kitchen, lounge, dining with dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD.
Enjoy the see breeze on the large undercover verandah with outdoor table and chairs.
Downstairs there is 1 bedroom (1Q), second lounge (some windows have security screens) with TV, DVD and second bathroom, laundry, gas BBQ and lovely outdoor lounge setting for the evening drinks and BBQ.
Bring the boat as you are only a short drive away from the boat ramp. There is a double lock up garage to park your cars and boat.
Please note that the property upstairs is not screened and there are no internal stairs from one level to the other.
NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING INSIDE!
Sheets and towels are NOT supplied with the property. Hire linen available at extra cost.

Love Toogom, not this house.
Tracey Whelan - 29th April 2021Arrived and BBQ was dirty and rusted plate. Mattresses all need replacing especially the single bed- cheap foam mattress was even too uncomfortable for my 5 year old. Screens upstairs would be nice so you can listen to the water of a night. Fittings - ie toilet roll holders falling off wall. Needs some serious love and attention. Perfect location. We love holidays at Toogom, Elders were great will use them again just not at this house in current state.

Ryan kelly - 5th December 2020We are from Townsville and needed a place for four workers to stay while we did a job in the local area.The Moorings was a nice place to come home to every night to rest. It gave us enough space and after 4 weeks felt like home.

Kenneth Poggioli - 5th November 2020Suited our needs with separate bedroom/ bath downstairs. Loved the large veranda overlooking trees. plenty of kitchen gear. Would prefer a Queen bed rather than a double and the house really needs fly screens and a decent size TV. (why do most of these places skimp on the TV?) Otherwise great value for the price!!
