There are no internal stairs connecting the bottom level to the top level, and the property is not fully fenced, so please take care with children. Sheets and towels are not supplied with the property, but hire linen is available at an extra cost for your convenience.

Ann Morris - 6th September 2023A very nice unit in a perfect position. I have rebooked. Issues unattended:- security gate only worked occasionally. The ceiling fan in main bedroom does not work, these were reported 2 days after arrival, permission from owner had been requested for repair, not working all visit. The cleaning in bathroom was not good. I had to redo. The window coverings offered minimal privacy when the lights were on. Very cold unit in winter advise reverse air conditioner for comfort.

Great place for a holiday

My son who is an electrician says he would put them in whilst holidaying there next for free and maybe reduced holiday rent if owners were prepared to buy them, Burrum heads is a great place for children and is perfect for a family holiday. Thankyou to the owners for letting us have our little dog with us.

We werent happy that there isnt an OvenThe 2 burner stove did help except it was too high sitting on the BenchEven if the Owners put a Small oven in, that would helpWe wont be coming back in Winter again. It is So Cold inside. No Heaters doesnt helpWe did enjoy Our Stay. The Washing Machine was a Great Help. But had trouble getting clothes dried. A Clothes Dryer would have been good.

Very impressed if you book downstairs they don't book upstairs so you have the place to yourselves. The only thing that we could fault is the mattress in the main bedroom it could do with replacing
