Its a easy walk to the local shops - bakery - foodlands

Ping pong table, soccer table & dart board got plenty of use. The kitchen has everything you need. House was spacious & well maintained. Close to the beach with great views. Definitely will stay here again. Ate at local pub & bowls club. Pub within walking distance.

Great relaxing holiday at Utopia
John B - 1st November 2020Our group of 11 men have spent a week at Burrum Heads for the past 5 years fishing and crabbing staying in the beautiful Utopia house although the crabs and fish excaped this year .the week we spent at the house was great as usual .This house has absolutly every thing any family or group as ours could wish for. From the great views overlooking the river. The moment you open the door you will be amazed at the layout of the house.if you have children they can be enterained with any board game the will find in the up stair cupboards or venture down stairs to the garage to play table tennis or make sand castles in the sand pit or just play out side in the fully fenced yard .while you can sit back relax on the deck with a coffee or cold beer and take in the great views . the kitchen has every thing to please any chef. This year our host had the house set out for Halloween. The house is well maintained and always imaculate on arrival it is a credit to the owner . The sandpit was a big favourite as was the barbecue facilities and comfortable furniture. The price was so affordable as well. We would love to come back again next year.

We chose Burrum Heads as this was his old stomping ground and we wanted something that would accommodate a large group and have water views. Utopia offered that and more. The house was sensational - large roomy and well appointed with everything you could ask for. Cant wait to book this house again. We had a fantastic break and would highly recommend this property.

The owners really want you to enjoy the house as your own - it has everything you could need and brilliantly laid out for easy use and care. Great location with the Burrum River, sandy foreshores and parks your "backyard" to enjoy. Great fishing, long walks along the beach. So relaxing. Outstanding accommodation, extremely well resourced in all areas of the house, from the kitchen, dinning, bedrooms and living areas, to outside and undercover areas,and with a full range of assorted toys and games for every member of the family, including a sand pit for the littlies. Just amazing. You will be welcomed as a family member, not a guest, your hosts have thought of everything to cater for your needs. Ours was a wonderful experience, we couldn't have asked for more. Emma - 6th January 2015We hired the house for two weeks over Christmas & New Years. Best thing we did! Not only is the location fabulous, but the house and all the facilities are amazing - two fridge freezers, one large freezer, kitchen packed (& I mean packed) with everything you could ever need in a kitchen, comfortable furniture both inside and out. We felt so spoilt that there is no other house in BH that we would even consider now. Thank you to the owners and Elders as the welcome pack and Christmas tree was such a wonderful touch. You made us feel like part of the family. Cheers,
